Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples.
  2. Slice them thinly using a knife or mandoline.
  3. Toss the slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  6. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
  • Thinner slices yield crispier chips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
