20-Minute Air Fryer Baked Apples – Irresistible

Simple air fryer baked apples with cinnamon. A quick and healthy dessert or snack.

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples. Cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Toss the apple slices in the melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apples and mix well.
  5. Place the apples in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Pour the water into the bottom of the air fryer drawer.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
  • Check apples at 10 minutes to prevent overcooking.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
