Air Fryer Banana Bread Muffins

Moist and fluffy banana bread muffins made in an air fryer for a quick and easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
  5. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
