Air Fryer Banana Oat Cake

A delicious and healthy banana oat cake made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
  • You can substitute almond milk with any other milk of your choice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
