Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Crispy, spicy, and delicious buffalo cauliflower made in the air fryer. A perfect vegetarian alternative to classic buffalo wings.

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the dry mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
  5. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove cauliflower, toss with buffalo sauce, and return to the air fryer for 2 more minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to your preferred spice level.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
