Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites

Crispy and spicy buffalo chicken bites made in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick snack or game day appetizer.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the flour mixture until coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss again.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Toss cooked chicken in buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
