1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make batter.
Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until coated.
Place cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixture.
Return to air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
Combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice for dip.
Serve immediately with blue cheese dip.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
Adjust buffalo sauce amount to control spiciness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
