Crispy 30-Min Air-Fryer Cauliflower Wings with Buffalo Sauce

Crispy air-fryer cauliflower wings coated in spicy buffalo sauce, served with a creamy blue cheese dip. A delicious vegetarian alternative to traditional wings.

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until coated.
  4. Place cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  9. Combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice for dip.
  10. Serve immediately with blue cheese dip.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to control spiciness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
