  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  6. In a bowl, layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and cooked chicken.
  7. Drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
