20-Minute Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos – Crispy Bliss

Crispy and flavorful chicken taquitos made easily in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with salsa on the side.

Notes

  • Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to retain crispiness.
