1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
2 tbsp melted butter (for coating)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Pipe or spoon the batter into greased donut molds.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Brush warm donuts with melted butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use a piping bag or ziplock bag for easy batter transfer.
