Air-Fryer Crispy Artichoke Hearts

Deliciously crispy artichoke hearts made in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each artichoke heart in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray the artichoke hearts lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
