Air Fryer Crispy Pork Chops

Make crispy pork chops in your air fryer with minimal oil and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil evenly over both sides of each chop.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides of each chop.
  6. Place chops in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  9. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
