Irresistible Air Fryer Donut Holes in Just 20 Minutes

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, these air fryer donut holes are a quick and easy treat. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or oil for coating
  • Cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Scoop small portions of dough (about 1 tbsp each) and roll into balls.
  6. Place donut holes in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove and immediately roll in cinnamon sugar or dust with powdered sugar.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon to the dough.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to restore crispness.
