  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small lettuce leaves (for taco shells)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  6. While the fish is cooking, prepare the taco toppings: shred cabbage, dice tomatoes, and chop cilantro.
  7. Once the fish is done, assemble the tacos by placing fish in lettuce leaves and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
