15-Minute Air Fryer Garlic Butter Cod

A simple and flavorful air fryer cod recipe with garlic butter sauce.

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the cod fillets.
  5. Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
