Air Fryer Granola Clusters

Crispy, crunchy granola clusters made easily in the air fryer. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add honey, coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in a thin layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Let cool before breaking into clusters.
