Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers

Crispy and spicy jalapeño poppers made easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 6 large jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
  4. Dip each stuffed jalapeño in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
  • Adjust spice level by leaving or removing jalapeño seeds.
  • For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
