Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp

A quick and flavorful shrimp dish made in the air fryer with lemon and garlic.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check if shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
