10-Minute Air Fryer Lobster Tails – Juicy & Irresistible!

A simple and quick way to cook lobster tails in an air fryer for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (68 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top of the lobster tail shells lengthwise and loosen the meat.
  3. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the lobster.
  5. Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell side down.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Thaw frozen lobster tails before cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time based on lobster tail size.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
