Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the sauce until coated.
  7. Return to air fryer for 3 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Use fresh wings for best crispiness.
