Air Fryer Mini Burgers

Make quick and tasty mini burgers using an air fryer. They are perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 small burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 8 small patties.
  4. Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking.
  7. Toast the buns in the air fryer for 1 minute if desired.
  8. Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
