Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the egg, sour cream, and flour, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in each cup.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  8. Place the cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let the cheesecakes cool before serving.
