Air Fryer Peach Hand Pies

Crispy, golden hand pies filled with sweet peach filling, made easy with an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust (or homemade)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Coarse sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Roll out pie crust and cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Spoon peach filling onto half of each circle, leaving a border.
  5. Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork.
  6. Whisk egg and water, brush over pies, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
