10-Minute Air Fryer Quesadillas for Ultimate Crispy Delight

Crispy, cheesy quesadillas made easily in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick snack or meal.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, or beans)
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half the cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add your protein and vegetables, then top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top and lightly brush or spray both sides with oil.
  5. Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove, let cool for 1 minute, then slice into wedges.
  8. Serve with your favorite toppings.
