Air Fryer Sausage Patties

Make crispy and juicy sausage patties quickly using an air fryer. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground pork sausage with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C).
  7. Serve hot.
