Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these air fryer smashed potatoes are a quick and easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. Place potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash them with a flat surface.
  4. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
