  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash them with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  5. Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
