Air Fryer Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Crispy and juicy steak bites cooked in an air fryer, topped with rich garlic butter for extra flavor.

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss steak bites with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. While steak cooks, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle garlic butter over cooked steak bites before serving.

Notes

  • For medium-rare, cook for 8 minutes. For well-done, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Use tongs to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
  • Let steak rest for 2 minutes before serving.
