  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
