Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

Crispy and flavorful stuffed mushrooms made in the air fryer. A quick and easy appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into mushroom caps.
  4. Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
  5. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits to the filling.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
