Crispy, flavorful stuffed mushrooms cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. Chop mushroom stems finely and mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Replace Parmesan with vegan cheese if needed.
