Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
