  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the turmeric powder and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the carrots, celery, and kale, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice before serving.
