Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced apples, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
