  • 1 cup brie cheese, rind removed and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  4. Add the brie cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
