Easy and healthy baked oat bars perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. These bars are nutrient-packed and customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, honey, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add oats, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in nuts or dried fruit if using.
  5. Press the mixture into the baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges turn golden.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
