Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mash banana and mix with milk, vanilla, and oil.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook another minute.
  7. Serve warm.
