  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp black garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 100g sliced cooked chicken or tofu
  • 50g sliced green onions
  • 50g bean sprouts
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the broth in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in the black garlic paste, miso paste, and soy sauce until fully dissolved.
  4. Simmer the broth for 5 minutes, then stir in the sesame oil.
  5. Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls.
  6. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
  7. Top with soft-boiled eggs, chicken or tofu, green onions, bean sprouts, and nori strips.
  8. Drizzle with chili oil if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the miso and black garlic paste to taste for a stronger or milder flavor.
  • For a vegetarian version, use vegetable broth and tofu instead of chicken.
  • Store leftover broth separately from noodles to prevent sogginess.
