  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and bourbon, then set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pecans, brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Spread the peach mixture in a baking dish and top with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
