Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash sweet potatoes.
  4. Mix in bourbon, brown sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with pecans and marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
