  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add lobsters and boil for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  3. Remove lobsters and let cool slightly before splitting them in half.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the lobster meat with the butter garlic mixture.
  8. Broil for 3-4 minutes until golden.
