  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add cubed butternut squash, vegetable broth, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
