  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 8 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
