Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
