  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 oz caviar (such as salmon or sturgeon)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Top each egg with a small spoonful of caviar.
