  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice wine, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
