Delicious cherry almond yogurt cups that are perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
  2. In serving cups, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of cherries and a sprinkle of sliced almonds.
  3. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  4. Top with additional cherries and almonds for garnish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute other fruits if cherries are not available.
  • For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
  • These cups can be prepared a day in advance for convenience.
