  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken pieces, chicken broth, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from the pot, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
