Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cooked bacon, and pasta to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
