Chicken Broccoli Baked Alfredo

A creamy, cheesy baked pasta dish with chicken and broccoli.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and turns golden.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Substitute heavy cream for Alfredo sauce if needed.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
